What is Prohibited in the Temple Precint (anywhere on or near the Temple site)?
Other etiquette: One normally sits for a while at the temple after the puja. While sitting, the feet shoold not point toward any of the Deities. This is considered being disrespectfol to the deity.
Eating is also not permitted, except for the Prasad. Sitting calmly after the Puja or Dharshan calms our energy and helps us remain positive from the experience of the visit to the Temple.
